After suffering through a long period of illness, a godly life ended December 17, 2009. Brother Ben J. Edmonds better known as Mr. Ben was taken from his loved ones to a place where there is no pain. Ben was born to the union of Willie and Kate Edmonds. Unto them were born five children. He made his home with the Christmas at faith Temple Chicago of God in Christ. So many have preceded him in death; his loving mother and father, his wife, brother and three of his children. Ben leaves to cherish fond memories: a loving daughter Gwendolyn reed and son Benjamin Edmonds; Grandchildren: Ranny Edmonds, Wesley and his wife Ray Angela Reed, Desmond Reed, Adrian Reed, Terri Reed, Corey Reed, Craig Reed, Porsha Edmonds, Taji Edmonds, Mahogany Edmonds; and a host of great grandchildren, relatives and friends.
