Viewing & Visitation: Will be held on Friday August 19, 2016 at 10:00 a.m.
Funeral Services: Will be held immediately after the Viewing and Visitation on Friday August 19, 2016 at 11:00 a.m.; all services will be held at Union Hill Baptist Church located on 600 South Tripp Ave in Chicago, Illinois, 60624
Interment will be held at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
