Viewing & Visitation: Will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2015, - 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.; Family hours 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at Christ Centered Ministries-1533 South Drake Avenue-Chicago, Illinois 60623.
Funeral Service: Will be held on Wednesday, December 2, 2015; Visitation 10:00 a.m. with Funeral Services to be held at 11:00 a.m. at Liberty Temple Full Gospel Church-2233 W. 79th Street-Chicago, Illinois 60620.
