Claritha Jackson, passed away on September 29, 2013 at her home in Chicago, IL.
Viewing & Visitation: Will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 from 2:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. at Golden Gate Funeral Home, 2036 W. 79th Street Chicago, IL 60620.
Funeral Services: will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 beginning with a 10:00 a.m. Viewing followed by an 11:00 a.m. Funeral Service. Funeral services will be held at Liberty Temple Full Gospel Church, 2233 W. 79th Street Chicago, IL 60620.
Interment will take place immediately following the service at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Chicago, IL 60620.
