Debra Diane Mack, born August 13, 1956 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Willie Steene Mack. Her mother brought her to Chicago to experience a better life and education. She passed away on January 18, 2012.
Debra Diane Mack, leaves to cherish her memory, her mother Willie Steen Mack, three sons; Clifford Lamont, DeAngelo and Kevin, two sisters; Pam and Shauna, five grandchildren; Shawn, Ky'ara, Kourteny, Kennedy,and Yaquim. A hosts of aunts, uncles, and other relatives, friends and caregivers.

Viewing and visitation will be held on Friday, February 3, 2012, 2:00-5:00 p.m.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2012, 10:00a.m. viewing and visitation and Funeral services starting immediately at 11:00a.m.

All services will be held at Golden Gate Funeral Home, 2036 W. 79th Street, Chicago, IL 60620

Interment will be Private.
