Elect First Lady Malinda (Moore) Cotton, age 69 passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 16, 2018, at St. Margret's Hospital, Hammond, Indiana.

She was born to the parentage of John D. and Christine (Gardner) Moore in Clarksdale, MS on June 16, 1948. Elect First Lady Malinda Cotton is preceded in death by both her parents;  She leaves to cherish her loving memories her husband of 53 years Pastor Willie Cotton, Jr; eight (8) children; Willie Cotton, III, Andre Cotton, Deonte Cotton, Henry Cotton, Craig Cotton, Lavonte Gayden, Angela Cotton and Christanna Marie Cotton all of Chicago, Illinois, A host of Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren; two (2) brothers Elder John L. Moore of South Haven, MS and Pastor Henry Moore of Wichita, KS.

Also a host of nieces, nephews, family, friend and her Church family of Holy Bible Missionary Baptist Church of Harvey, Illinois.
