Elester Earl Cotton and twin sister, Evelyn (Cookie) was born April 12, 1965 to loving parents, James Green and Ruby Lee Green in Chicago, IL passed away suddenly on January 29, 2019 while living in the City of Killeen, TX.  Elester migrated to Texas several years ago earning a degree in Cosmotology.  He enjoyed his craft very much.  Elester is survived by His mother, Ruby.  His father James, Green has preceded him in death.  Also left to mourn his passing are his six siblings; sisters, Detrice Childs (Chris), Debra Cotton-Reed (Roderick), and his twin sister, Evelyn Cotton; brothers, Delandos Cotton, Robert Cotton and Lee Green, his godson, Calvin Locke, Jr., 15 nieces, 13 nephews.  Elester will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.  Services have been entrusted to Golden Gate Funeral Home, 2036 W. 79th Street, Chicago, IL 60620
