Ester Marie Brown was born to the union of William (deceased) and Easter Brown on March 20, 1966. Ester departed this life on January 3, 2011. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Jessie, Andre, and Freddie, and one sister Annette. She was a member of Gethsemene Garden Missionary Baptist Church, Reverend J.R. Payne, Pasot. She recieved her CNA certificate after which she worked as a home health care worker for many years, as well as several daycare facilities. Ester loved children. Although she had no children of her own, she was "truly a Mother". She cared for many of her brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, friends and children who needed her. She would pick them up and drop them off at school. Give before and afterschool care for them, as well as feeding thieir minds and their stomachs. She put so much love and devotion into "her children". She leaves to cherish her meory, her loving mother Easter Murphy and step father James Murphy; one sister, Lillie Brown; two brothers, William Brown and Prentiss Brown; three aunts, LeeDella Jenkins, Roxie Brown, and Albertha benson; two uncles, Dan Jenkens and McKinly Ellis; a special companion Mark Ward, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. We will always love and cherish Ester.
