Exie Dee Clark was born February 26, 1954 in Chicago, Illinois to William, Sr. and Anner B. Clark. Both preceded him in death.

Exie attended Forrestville Grammar and High School. He was the second oldest of five children. Exie met Maxine in June 1979 and later married her.

Exie leaves to cherish his recious memories; his loving wife Maxine; children; Exie Jameson, Exie Clark, Jr. Reginald Jameson, Tyrone Jameson, Saxon Simmons, Nastassia Simmons, Ebony Swan, and Cachet Clark; brothers; William, Jr., Earnest, sisters; Mary Ann and Wanda, uncles; Walter, Buddy, Sargent, Essie, aunts; Elizabeth, Alberta, Mary, Clement, 28 grandchildren, favorite cousins; Ben and Falk, nephews, nieces, and a host of relatives and friends.
