Mrs. Joan Tinsley, beloved mother of Walter Tinsley, has passed away at the age of 83 in Chicago, IL.  Joan was a devoted Catholic member of St. Dorothy Catholic Church, devoted mother and mother-in-law to Michele.  Joan was well loved by many and she will surely be missed by all who knew and loved her.
