Funeral Service: Will be held immediately following the visitation on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 @ 11:00 a.m.
All services will be held at Golden Gate Funeral Home, 2036 W. 79th St. Chicago, IL 60620.
Interment will take place immediately following services at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Chicago, Illinois.
