Funeral Service: Will be held on Thursday June 25, 2015, immediately following the visitation at 10:00 a.m. at Golden Gate Funeral Home located at 2036 W. 79th Street in Chicago, IL 60620.
Interment will be held at Washington Memorial Garden located at 701 Ridge Road in Homewood, IL 60430
