Louise Benjamin, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 4th, 2016 at St. Joseph Hospital, Chicago, with her family and love ones at her side.

Viewing & Visitation: Will be held on Friday, April 15, 2016 from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Funeral Service: Will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2016,:
Visitation 10:00 a.m. with Funeral Services to be held immediately following the Visitation at 11:00 a.m.;

All at Visitation's and Service, will be held at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church-4255 West Division Street-Chicago, IL, 60651

Interment will take place immediately following the services at Glen Oaks Cemetery, Chicago, IL.
