Menian Conwell passed away on Saturday, November 12th, 2016 at Rush University Medical Center, Chicago, Illinois, with her family and love ones by her side.

Viewing & Visitation: Will be held on Thursday, November 17th, 2016. from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Golden Gate Funeral Home, Main Chapel, 2036 West 79th Street, Chicago, IL 60620.

Funeral Services: Will be held on Friday, November 18th, 2016,
10:00 a.m. (Viewing & Visitation; Funeral Service to start immediately after the visitation at 11:00 a.m. at New Pasadena Missionary Baptist Church-11300 South Indiana-Chicago, Illinois 60628

Interment will take place immediately follow the Funeral Services at Mt. Hope Cemetery-11500 South Fairfield-Chicago, Illinois 60655.

Interment will be located at Oakridge Cemetery.
