Mildred Naomi was born August 10, 1924 to the union of George and Hattie Felton in Winfalls, NC. She was the third child of five siblings. Consola, Gertrude and Daniel have preceded her in death.

Mildred worked at Steiner Corp and retired at the age of 62.

Mildred leaves to cherish her memory two loving and devoted granddaughters; JeTuan Grayson(MC) and Deneen Woodfork(Larry), one brother, Edwin Felton (Ada), a neice who was like a sister Priscilla Armstrong, four great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, March 27, 2008 at Park Manor M.B. Church located 8328 S. Green, Chicago, Il and internment following at Mt. Hope cemetery.
