Roosevelt Lilly, born July 19, 1956, affectionally known as "Touche" departed this life on December 12, 2018. He leaves to mourn his passing daughter, Joann (Cassandra), brothers, Roy (Cheryl), Lynn (Keisha), and Terrance (Avery), sisters Beatrice and Patricia (Matt); godson, Justin Wade.  He will be truly missed by all his family including aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
