Roy Lee Ashford, was born March 20, 1975, one of six children born to the union of Charles and Bobbie Ashford. Roy Lee was preceded in death by two brothers Jimmy and John Ashford.

Roy lee departed this life on December 3, 2009.

Roy Lee was also preceded in death by his Maternal and Paternal grandparents.

Roy Lee attended Raymond Elementary School and Drake Middle School.

Roy Lee leaves to cherish his memories both parents: Charles and Bobbie Ashford; four brothers: Ruben, Luther, Vennie, and Jerone; and his only sister: Falishia.

Roy Lee also leaves to cherish his memories his wife: Marquita, one son: Anthony Marcus:
stepdaughter; Hakeisha Cooper; one niece: Veronica; one nephew: Reggie.
