Funeral Service: Will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2015, immediately following the visitation at 10:00 a.m. at Englewood Church of God located at 1122-24 W. 61st in Chicago, IL 60620
Interment will be at Oakridge Cemetary 4501 W. Roosevelt in South Holland, IL 60473
