Mr. Yao Charles Yao, born December 28, 1962, loving father, brother and friend departed from his family on March 5, 2020, leaving behind his beloved son, Alfred Kokoun and other family members to mourn his passing.  Mr. Wao will be flown back to his native country, Ivory Coast, Africa. He will be truly, truly missed by all his loved ones.
